Directions for use and recommended daily amount: adults take 1 tablet once daily during or after meals with a sufficient amount of drinking water.

Warnings: do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount for daily consumption. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
