Ingredients: filler: microcrystalline cellulose; selenium-enriched yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); anti-caking agents: calcium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; capsule: gelatin; colorant: zinc oxide.
Recommended use: as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of selenium. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Selenium also contributes to normal spermatogenesis, the normal function of the immune system, and the normal functioning of the thyroid gland.

Directions for use and recommended daily amount: adults take 1 capsule once daily after meals with a sufficient amount of water. Consultation with a physician is recommended before use. The duration of use should be agreed with a physician.
