Mastic tree resin (Pistacia lentiscus) is a natural product from the Greek island of Chios, located in the northern part of the Aegean Sea.

Method of consumption and recommended daily amount: take 1 capsule 2–3 times a day, 20–30 minutes before meals, with plenty of drinking water.
