Ingredients: 3,3′-diindolylmethane (3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM)) (50%), chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus), powdered (25%), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis), powdered (22.5%), tomato fruit extract (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.), powdered (2.5%); capsule shell: gelatin.

Recommended use: as recommended by a physician, as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of biologically active substances.

Directions for use and recommended daily intake: adult women should take 1–2 capsules per day after meals.

Consultation with a physician is recommended before use.

Duration of use: 3 months. Further use and the possibility of a repeated course should be agreed with a physician.

Special instructions for use: a complete and balanced diet is recommended. Limit the intake of animal fats, sugar, sweets, and alcohol.

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.

Do not consume 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more per day.

Do not use if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not take on an empty stomach.

A characteristic feature of 3,3′-diindolylmethane included in the dietary supplement is a specific odor, which does not affect the safety of the product.

Contraindications: hormone-dependent cancer or a personal or family history of such diseases; prolactin-secreting pituitary tumors or a history of pituitary disorders; pregnancy and lactation; children under 18 years of age; individual hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions: store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.

Препарат за призначенням лікаря приймаю другий місяць. Значно краще стала себе відчувати. Зникли болі та набухання в грудях. Приємно вражає швидка доставка та ціна.

Приймала кок 1.5 роки, пропускаючи час прийому, + стрес призвели до мастопатії і сильному випадінню волосся. Як тільки приймаю іксіндол, волосся перестає випадати і не з'являється кіста у грудях. Але якщо 2 таблетки в день, місячні рясніші і довші. Спочатку трохи боліла голова.
